Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026.

This policy explains subscription cancellation and refunds for You'd Say, including existing one-time Core Game purchases. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are different actions. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

How to request a refund

Email youdsaygame@gmail.com, preferably from the address connected to your account or used at checkout. Include "Refund request" in the subject and the email address used for the purchase so we can find the payment. Giving a reason is optional.

Canceling subscription renewal

You can cancel future renewals through Your account → Manage subscription. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next scheduled charge. Your subscription access continues until the end of the period already paid for; ordinary cancellation does not end that access immediately.

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. To request a refund, follow the instructions above. Ending a game or signing out does not cancel your subscription. If you cannot access subscription management, contact youdsaygame@gmail.com for help.

14-day guarantee for the first subscription payment

If we receive your request within 14 days after your first subscription charge, we will arrange a full refund of that first payment through Stripe Managed Payments without requiring a reason and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. You can also request transaction support through Link.

This voluntary money-back guarantee applies to the first subscription charge only. It does not restart with each monthly renewal.

How the refund is made

Sold through Link processes the refund to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on Link, your bank or card provider.

A full refund of the first subscription payment also ends that subscription and its subscription-based access immediately, with no further renewals. Any separate valid one-time Core Game unlock is unaffected.

Renewal payments and later requests

Requests concerning renewal payments or received after the 14-day guarantee period are reviewed individually. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including any applicable right of withdrawal or rights relating to digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.

Existing one-time purchases

The original refund terms for existing one-time Core Game purchases remain unchanged. If we receive your request within 14 days after the purchase, we will arrange a full refund through Stripe Managed Payments without requiring a reason and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Later requests are reviewed individually, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Sold through Link processes the refund to the original payment method, and the access connected to that one-time purchase is removed. The move to subscriptions does not itself cancel or change the access from your existing one-time purchase.
