Who this is for

You'd Say is intended for adults (18+). Some content, especially in the "spicy" vibe, is written for a grown-up audience.

Free play and monthly subscriptions

A new visitor can play the first 3 rounds without an account. If you then choose to sign in with Google and that account has not started a game before, the game can continue to 15 rounds and use the vibe picker without payment. Starting later games requires an active Core Game subscription or an existing one-time unlock on the signed-in account. Creating an account or playing the free game does not start a paid subscription.

New Core Game purchases are monthly subscriptions with a base price of $4.99 USD per month plus any applicable tax shown before payment. The first payment is charged at checkout, with no free subscription trial. The subscription then renews automatically every month and the payment method is charged for each renewal unless you cancel before the next renewal. The price, applicable tax and any promotional terms are shown before you subscribe.

Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments and facilitates the purchase, receipt and transaction support under the Sold through Link Purchase Terms. You'd Say remains responsible for providing access, product quality and product support under these Terms.

What Core Game access includes

An active subscription grants the signed-in account unlimited replays of the Core Game while the subscription remains active. "Core Game" means the standard 15-round question-and-guess experience and the standard question library identified in the app as part of the core offering. Access includes updates and changes necessary to keep the purchased service working and in conformity with the contract.

Core Game access does not automatically include future separate products, optional expansions, premium features or paid question packs that are clearly offered separately. We may offer those for an additional one-time payment or subscription. We will show the scope and price before any such purchase.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel future renewals through Your account → Manage subscription. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next scheduled charge. Your subscription access continues until the end of the period already paid for; ordinary cancellation does not end that access immediately. After that period, starting new Core Game replays requires a new active subscription unless the account has an existing one-time unlock.

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. Refund requests are handled as described below. Ending a game or signing out does not cancel your subscription. If you cannot access subscription management, contact youdsaygame@gmail.com for help.

Existing one-time purchases

If you previously bought the one-time Core Game unlock, that account keeps unlimited Core Game replays for as long as You'd Say continues to offer the Core Game, under the terms applicable to that purchase. You do not need a subscription to retain that access. The move to subscriptions for new purchases does not remove your existing entitlement.

We will not convert your one-time unlock into recurring billing or charge a subscription fee without your separate, explicit agreement to a subscription purchase.

Refunds

To request a refund, email youdsaygame@gmail.com, preferably from the address connected to your account or used at checkout. Include "Refund request" in the subject and the email address used for the purchase so we can find the payment. Giving a reason is optional.

For subscriptions, if we receive your request within 14 days after your first subscription charge, we will arrange a full refund of that first payment through Stripe Managed Payments without requiring a reason and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Sold through Link processes the refund to the original payment method. A full refund of the first subscription payment also ends that subscription and its subscription-based access immediately, with no further renewals. Any separate valid one-time Core Game unlock is unaffected.

This voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first subscription charge only and does not restart with each monthly renewal. Requests concerning renewal payments or received after the guarantee period are reviewed individually, without limiting any mandatory rights.

For existing one-time purchases, the original refund terms remain unchanged: a request received within 14 days after the purchase qualifies for a full refund without a reason, arranged through Stripe Managed Payments no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Sold through Link processes the refund to the original payment method, and the access connected to that one-time purchase is removed. Later requests are reviewed individually.

These refund terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including any applicable right of withdrawal or rights relating to digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.

No guarantees

You'd Say is provided as-is, for entertainment. We do our best to keep it working, but we don't promise it will be available at all times or free of errors, and we're not liable for how a round of the game goes for your relationship. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content or services.

Fair use

Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the game or its checkout flow. We may block access if we see abuse.

Changes

The date at the top shows the latest revision. Any change affecting a paid digital service remains subject to mandatory consumer law and does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
